I'm a User Experience Researcher and Ethnographer who has a decade of experience connecting to and serving others in fields such as health tech and government tech.
I've conducted research on a wide array topics: from developing the world's first smart vibrator, using machine learning techniques to study English literature, to most recently, building products helping people get government assistance during the height of the pandemic.
I'm naturally curious, creating a strong foundation from various perspectives to understand the problem space I'm working within. I enjoy engaging with stakeholders, community members, and participants in my research practice.
