Project overview
How do authors tell us about themselves in story? In this project, I explore common adjectives, particularly those describing sensation, in two short stories written by James Joyce in Dubliners and two short stories written by Katherine Mansfield in The Garden Party and Other Short Stories.
This was a final project for UC Berkeley's "Introduction to Computational Literary Analysis" course taught by Jonathan Reeve in 2018.
